As our Business Insights Lead, you'll operate at the center of strategy, data, and execution-partnering directly with senior leadership to tackle the organization's most complex and ambiguous challenges. While this is an individual contributor role, it carries significant visibility, influence, and leadership impact across the business. This is not about reporting numbers or building dashboards. It's about connecting the dots across data, business context, and market dynamics to uncover what's really driving performance-and what to do about it. You'll dive deep into critical questions around growth, pricing, market expansion, and product strategy-identifying root causes, surfacing non-obvious insights, and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations that influence direction and resource allocation.
