You will also help to ensure positive, effective communication between leadership and all operations departments. You should also have a welcoming and professional demeanor, excellent telephone etiquette, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bachelors of Hospitality and Resort Management (preferred)
High School (required) Experience
Previous guest/customer service experience (any industry) is required. Hotel experience is a definite plus! (required)
