Position Summary We are seeking a full-time, Health Information Management (HIM) Manager to lead the HIM Department. This role is responsible for overseeing the integrity, security, and management of all patient medical records while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. The HIM Manager also serves as the facility's HIPAA Security Officer, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all patient and facility information systems. Key Responsibilities
