What You'll Do Pre-Project & Planning * Review RFPs, blueprints, and project specifications * Evaluate contracts, scope changes, and work orders * Build and maintain strong client relationships Project Start-Up * Define scope, timelines, and resource requirements * Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment with operations teams * Develop mobilization and staffing plans Project Execution * Manage project schedules, costs, and scope to meet contract requirements * Lead vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams * Monitor installation of low voltage, fiber, and structured cabling systems (Cat5/Cat6) * Ensure projects stay on budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards * Handle change orders, reporting, and stakeholder communication * Represent projects in client meetings and progress updates Project Close-Out * Oversee final deliverables, customer acceptance, and sign-offs * Ensure smooth project completion and documentation What Makes You Stand Out * Proven success managing complex telecom or infrastructure projects * Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability * Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels * Experience with GMP contracts and cost-performance tracking What You'll Get * Competitive salary + career growth opportunities * Professional development and advanced training * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) and additional benefits Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
