AV Service Coordinator Location: Andover, MA (Hybrid) Department: Audiovisual Reports To: Manager of Technical Services About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused AV Service Coordinator to join our Audiovisual team in Andover, MA. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. In this position, you will serve as the central hub for managing service requests, supporting clients, and ensuring all tickets and service activities are handled efficiently and accurately. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys both customer interaction and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities * Receive, log, and manage service requests from clients and internal teams * Create and track service tickets to ensure timely completion and SLA compliance * Assign technicians and subcontractors to service tickets * Generate proposals, service contracts, and renewal opportunities * Track service agreements and schedule preventative maintenance tasks * Coordinate with third-party vendors for quotes, repairs, and replacements * Follow up on outstanding service invoices * Manage equipment repairs, replacements, and loaner inventory * Maintain accurate records in systems like ConnectWise and Hedberg Required Qualifications * Strong customer service orientation with a positive, professional attitude * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities * Problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency * Comfortable working independently and on a team * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) * Strong phone and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience in help desk support or service coordination roles * Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Hedberg) * Experience in AV support, technical services, or dispatch coordination * Experience with project coordination or service operations Why Join Us? * Hybrid work flexibility * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunity to grow within AV and technical services * Exposure to both operational and client-facing responsibilities Benefits Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
