Description JOB DUTIES Sr. Program Manager to work with the Delivery Transformation org. Seeking a candidate who has helped implement Jack Henry who can work directly with Jack Henry Professional Services on the program. Responsibilities JOB DUTIES * What makes you the ideal leader? * Communicating up and down the stack -interacting with executives, engineers and architects, business groups and shared services * Leading the planning and structuring for tech efforts to streamline capabilities and tools needed to support the business in delivering value * Support the assessment of project scope and prioritization across technology capabilities to drive modernization activities * Build and develop effective relationships with different IT and product teams to find opportunities for increase business value while modernizing our technology solutions * Create effective portfolio processes and think out of the box to deliver value quickly while managing costs strategically * Document and conduct presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences to promote portfolio strategy and communicate progress * Support the CTO Delivery group in planning initiatives across goals, KRs, KPIs etc. as it relates to portfolio goals * Assist with change management activities for the team and beyond * Champion the financials of assigned programs/projects, yearly budget, and ongoing financial planning * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving operational efficiency within the portfolio * Perform other duties as assigned * Conform with all company policies and procedures Skills Program management, Project management, Agile, Pmp, Strategy, Cross functional teams, Stakeholder management Top Skills Details Program management, Project management, Agile, Pmp, Strategy, Cross functional teams, Stakeholder management Additional Skills & Qualifications In this role you will: Communicate up and down the stack, interacting with executives, engineers and architects, business groups and shared services Lead the tech standardization efforts to streamline technology and tools needed to support business need Support building the reusable services backlog and help to execute development activities Build and develop effective relationships with different product teams to find opportunities for reuse and promote usage of reusable services Create an effective lifecycle process for enterprise reusable services and tech standards and think out of the box to deliver more with less resources Help document and conduct presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences to promote reusable services and enforce tech standards Lead the enterprise reusable services group planning activities across goals, KRs, KPIs etc. Assist with change management activities for the team and beyond Help design and implement workflows and other automations using low-code tools Champion the financials of the tech standards & reusable team, yearly budget, and ongoing financial planning Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving operational efficiency within the program Experience Level* Expert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Arlington, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
