JOB DUTIES Sr. Program Manager to work with the Delivery Transformation org. Seeking a candidate who has helped implement Jack Henry who can work directly with Jack Henry Professional Services on the program. *Responsibilities* JOB DUTIES * What makes you the ideal leader? * Communicating up and down the stack -interacting with executives, engineers and architects, business groups and shared services * Leading the planning and structuring for tech efforts to streamline capabilities and tools needed to support the business in delivering value * Support the assessment of project scope and prioritization across technology capabilities to drive modernization activities * Build and develop effective relationships with different IT and product teams to find opportunities for increase business value while modernizing our technology solutions * Create effective portfolio processes and think out of the box to deliver value quickly while managing costs strategically * Document and conduct presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences to promote portfolio strategy and communicate progress * Support the CTO Delivery group in planning initiatives across goals, KRs, KPIs etc. as it relates to portfolio goals * Assist with change management activities for the team and beyond * Champion the financials of assigned programs/projects, yearly budget, and ongoing financial planning * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving operational efficiency within the portfolio * Perform other duties as assigned * Conform with all company policies and procedures *Skills* Program management, Project management, Agile, Pmp, Strategy, Cross functional teams, Stakeholder management *Top Skills Details* Program management, Project management, Agile, Pmp, Strategy, Cross functional teams, Stakeholder management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* In this role you will: *Communicate up and down the stack, interacting with executives, engineers and architects, business groups and shared services *Lead the tech standardization efforts to streamline technology and tools needed to support business need *Support building the reusable services backlog and help to execute development activities *Build and develop effective relationships with different product teams to find opportunities for reuse and promote usage of reusable services *Create an effective lifecycle process for enterprise reusable services and tech standards and think out of the box to deliver more with less resources *Help document and conduct presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences to promote reusable services and enforce tech standards *Lead the enterprise reusable services group planning activities across goals, KRs, KPIs etc. *Assist with change management activities for the team and beyond *Help design and implement workflows and other automations using low-code tools *Champion the financials of the tech standards & reusable team, yearly budget, and ongoing financial planning *Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving operational efficiency within the program *Experience Level* Expert Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
