*Returns Support Specialist (Entry-Level)* We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused *Returns Support Specialist* to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to a global audience.
*Position Overview* As a Global Support Team Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer requests related to equipment returns. You will support global customers-including regions such as India and Brazil-by handling return logistics, creating RMAs, and ensuring timely case resolution through email-based support. *Key Responsibilities* * Respond to incoming support tickets via email regarding equipment return status * Create and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) * Generate return shipping labels and coordinate logistics * Accurately document and close cases in the ticketing system * Provide timely, professional communication to global customers * Navigate multiple systems simultaneously (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Excellent written communication skills (required) * Strong customer service and support experience * Ability to manage multiple systems and tools efficiently * Experience in help desk or ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce preferred) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience creating RMAs * Experience generating shipping and return labels * Background in logistics, shipping, or e-commerce environments *Top Skills* * Customer Support * Email Communication * Written Communication * Help Desk / Ticketing Systems * Customer Service *Schedule* This position offers two shift options: * *Schedule 1:* 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM * *Schedule 2:* 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM *Work Environment* * 100% On-site * Collaborative, fast-paced support environment *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
