Solution Architecture, Testing, Designing Solutions, Reporting, Core Finance Modules *Description* Our client is seeking a true functional Finance Architect to own the functional architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP Financials. This person will design end-to-end finance processes across core financial modules, deliver functional specs for RICEF objects, and support CRP, SIT, and UAT directly with business users. Our client has already implemented EPM and EDM so this person will not be leading an EPM implementation - they will be supporting, maintaining, and taking ownership of those modules from the outgoing consulting team. This person will serve as the functional authority for all Oracle Finance architecture decisions. * Design and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions * Design end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report). * Review and deliver functional specifications documentation for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Fast Formula) * Assist business users during CRP (Conference Room Pilots), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). * Design, implement, and maintain the technical architecture for Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with other systems, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship. * Responsible for providing expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the overall systems architecture. * Work with product teams to guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and software * Review, advise and design standard software and hardware builds, system options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals. * Contribute to the road map for each system, including (when known) technical or functional obsolescence dates. * Assist in the development of and manages an architecture governance process. * Provide technical guidance and productivity tools to product teams. * Develop and maintain architectural assets including security requirements, principles, standards, policies, reference architectures, models, blueprints, roadmaps, frameworks, patterns and services using Unified Modeling Language (UML). * Research new technologies and demonstrate the use by developing proof of concept demonstrations. * Work closely with cloud-native application architectures like PaaS, IaaS, microservices, containerization, serverless computing, API design. * Develop, create awareness for, and monitor adherence to integration standards that meet operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability. * Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's architecture needs. * Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. * Maintain quality standards on all projects. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10 years' relevant experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years' relevant experience. * Eight years of applicable business or system development experience. * Experience Implementing Oracle Fusion Finance, EPM and HCM. * Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure including Oracle Integration Cloud. * Knowledge of, and expertise in, VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher and OIC. * Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history. *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Lenexa, KS. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
