We act as trusted technical advisors, collaborating closely with account teams to ensure long-term customer success through strategic planning and solution alignment. Our team plays a vital role in the larger organization by providing direct feedback to Business Entities regarding strategic customer needs and competitive market tactics. You will work in a high-energy, collaborative environment that bridges the gap between complex business challenges and innovative technical architectures. Your Impact Drive customer success by translating complex business challenges into robust technical requirements and cross-architectural solution designs. Lead high-level engagements with IT decision-makers and line-of-business executives to position Cisco's portfolio effectively against competitive plays. Own the technical relationship for your assigned accounts, managing virtual support teams to move deals efficiently through the technical sales process. Execute technical demonstrations and demand generation campaigns that showcase the tangible value of Cisco's innovations to stakeholders. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $223,000.00 - $330,300.00Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $217,200.00 - $315,300.00* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. ** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements. | |
