In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in scaling our talent pipeline, leveraging your expertise to identify, engage, and attract exceptional technical professionals. You will have the independence and ownership to set strategy for pipeline building, focusing on a diverse set of systems engineering roles, and directly contribute to the growth and innovation of our cutting-edge projects. **What You'll Do:**

* Qualify and deeply understand job requirements to effectively target talent.

* Proactively source and screen resumes, meticulously evaluating candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.

* Strategically build and nurture a robust pipeline of engineering talent, collaborating closely with recruiting partners to meet critical company needs and priorities.

* Act as an ambassador for our brand, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

**What You'll Bring:**

* 4+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience, with a proven track record of success.

* Exceptional ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral alignment.

* Strong tech and industry knowledge, enabling you to understand relevant skills and identify key companies within the sector.

* Outstanding consultative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

* Experience working on Manager and Leadership-level hires for technical requisitions.

**Bonus Points:**

* Experience recruiting or sourcing for systems or software positions.

* Background working for a recruiting agency or extensive in-house sourcing experience.

* Direct experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership.
