**What You'll Do:**

* Coordinate complex projects, developing detailed plans to achieve strategic goals and overseeing the integration of technical activities.

* Present and clearly explain proposals, reports, and findings to various stakeholders and clients.

* Support team growth initiatives by collaborating on talent acquisition, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance, and fostering continuous professional development.

* Analyze technology trends, resource requirements, and market demands to effectively plan and assess the feasibility of new projects.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in program management or a related role.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to solve problems and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

* Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

* Foundational knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, cost management, and other techniques for optimizing the manufacture and distribution of goods.

* Basic understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodologies.

* Proficiency with computer software, such as spreadsheet and presentation tools.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* PMI or PMP certification.

* Experience with advanced computing initiatives or the creation of virtual agents.
