We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a large-scale global brand acquisition integration within the Professional Products Division. This role will be responsible for managing, documenting, and driving execution of the overall project plan, including timelines, scope, budget, governance alignment, and cross-functional coordination across global and U.S. teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced managing complex systems implementation projects in fast-paced enterprise environments. This individual will partner closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful integration of the acquired brand across all channels and functions.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence three days per week. Preference is for candidates who can commute to the NYC Hudson Yards office, though candidates able to commute to Berkeley Heights, NJ will also be considered.

Assignment Details



  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week

    • New York City (Hudson Yards)
    • Open to candidates commuting to Berkeley Heights, NJ


  • Contract duration:

    • 9-month assignment
    • Potential extension into next year pending budget approval


  • Experience level:

    • 5-7+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience




Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain the overall project plan for a global brand acquisition integration initiative, including:

    • Timeline management
    • Scope management
    • Budget tracking
    • Risk identification and mitigation


  • Create, manage, and document project timelines within ServiceNOW or compatible project management tools that integrate with ServiceNOW.
  • Coordinate across Global and U.S. stakeholders spanning:

    • Operations
    • Supply Chain
    • Finance
    • Information Technology
    • Enterprise Architecture
    • Cybersecurity
    • Data & Analytics
    • Retail Systems
    • eCommerce and Omnichannel teams


  • Support governance processes and leadership approval checkpoints across Global, Zone, and Local teams.
  • Prepare project documentation, status updates, executive summaries, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align technical workstreams with broader business integration goals.
  • Track dependencies, identify risks, escalate issues, and communicate project status clearly and effectively.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery against project objectives and timelines.
  • Prioritize online and omnichannel workstreams while maintaining alignment to the overall integration roadmap.


Required Qualifications



  • 5-7+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably supporting enterprise systems implementations or large-scale integration initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in ServiceNOW, specifically:

    • Timeline creation and management
    • Demand and ticket creation
    • Project documentation and tracking


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:

    • PowerPoint
    • Excel
    • Word
    • Teams
    • Outlook


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting project updates to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify project risks, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working across global teams and governance structures.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting global brand acquisitions, integration projects, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Background working within matrixed global organizations.
  • Experience coordinating omnichannel, retail systems, eCommerce, or consumer data initiatives.
  • Familiarity with highly technical environments including cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure workstreams.
