What You'll Do As an Aviation Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations and ensuring accurate, organized records. Responsibilities include: - Maintaining detailed records of aircraft part usage, inspection intervals, and maintenance schedules - Tracking and projecting upcoming inspections based on usage data and regulatory requirements - Compiling and organizing data from flight schedules, aircraft logs, and historical maintenance records - Managing electronic databases and/or record systems for individual aircraft parts, including usage time and inspection history - Supporting accuracy and compliance by ensuring all records are up to date and properly documented Qualifications What it Takes: - 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel - Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - A proactive mindset and willingness to learn within the aviation field About Us Based in Janesville, WI, SC Aviation, Inc. offers international, private jet air charter and aircraft management services.
