NPT seeks an accomplished Associate Director, Philanthropic Consulting to play a central role in guiding major philanthropists, families, and institutions in defining and achieving their charitable goals. This position is ideal for candidates with philanthropy consulting experience-individuals who have advised funders on strategic giving, impact measurement, and sector analysis, rather than candidates coming from fundraising, development, or wealth management backgrounds.
As part of NPT's Philanthropic Consulting team, you will serve as a trusted advisor and project leader, helping clients develop thoughtful, evidence-based giving strategies and translating their values into meaningful philanthropic action. You'll also contribute to the continued growth and innovation of NPT's consulting practice, helping to shape how we support donors and partners across the philanthropic ecosystem.
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annual salary, plus 12% annual discretionary bonus.
