This executive leader will champion our organizational story and serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, helping shape the public narrative and strengthen Endeavors' impact across the communities we serve.

What You'll Do



You will:




  • Lead the organization's comprehensive communications and marketing strategy across all internal and external platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency, mission alignment, and impactful storytelling that elevates organizational visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and oversee strategic communication plans that support organizational growth, culture, and operational excellence.
  • Provide visionary leadership for communications, marketing, public relations, philanthropy, and community engagement efforts.
  • Lead fundraising communications, sponsorship initiatives, donor engagement, and philanthropic campaigns.
  • Partner with executive leadership to strengthen community and stakeholder relationships.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams by leading with humility, accountability, encouragement, and service.
  • Drive digital engagement through innovative social media, branding, and CRM strategies.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize outreach efforts.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For



You will serve as the organization's lead storyteller, strategic advisor, and ambassador while fostering a people-first culture. You possess:




  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with demonstrated expertise at the VP or C-level.
  • Executive-level experience serving as a spokesperson and leading crisis communications.
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic communications and marketing efforts for large, mission-driven organizations.
  • Strong experience leading teams, mentoring leaders, and driving organizational culture.
  • Proven success in fundraising, donor relations, sponsorship development, and strategic communications.
  • Strong leadership, executive presence, and ability to influence across varied stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and CRM systems.
