Pay range: $33.66 - $43.27 per hour ($70 - $90,000 annually)

Your Opportunity

TechSource is seeking a highly capable Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to serve as an operational anchor for our Albuquerque office and support the VP Managing Director of the ABQ Program Management Office (PMO), as well as our Deputy Director and Program Management staff. This role blends administrative support with full ownership of the office environment and daily operations. In this role you will ensure leaders can focus on strategic priorities while the office, schedules, systems, and details operate smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. You will also serve as a key point of contact for visitors and staff, combining administrative support with office management and receptionist duties. The TechSource Albuquerque PMO also has classified workspace, and you will assist our local security officer with maintaining these classified spaces. This is a full-time, onsite role in the TechSource Albuquerque, NM office.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support for the ABQ Operations staff.
  • Manage calendars with accuracy and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.
  • Create a first-class experience for visitors, clients, and staff by maintaining a polished office across 2 TechSource suites in our Albuquerque location.
  • Take ownership of office appearance and readiness, ensuring it is welcoming, organized, secure, and fully functional.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, mail, and deliveries.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with property management, maintenance, janitorial services, and other vendors.
  • Coordinate meals, refreshments, and logistics for in-office meetings, events, and special occasions.
  • Provide access to staff needing to use classified spaces while following security requirements for access.
  • Facilitate office reservations and access for clients working out of TechSource space on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements


  • Active Q or Top Secret security clearance.
  • 5 or more years of work experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Planner, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions with leadership, clients, and employees.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days per week in Albuquerque, NM.
