Job: Clinical Lab Supervisor Hours: Monday through Friday (Day Shift) Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000 yearly. Final offer will be based on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to lead daily lab operations for a team of four (4) employees and partners closely with onsite Labcorp phlebotomy staff while supporting testing and quality oversight. This role balances team leadership, compliance, and workflow management in a fast-paced oncology practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a lead technologist or emerging supervisor ready to take the next step, or an experienced supervisor seeking a more collaborative, specialty-focused environment.
