**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced individual to join a pivotal communications team. You will be at the forefront of internal storytelling, crafting impactful messages that reach a global corporate audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your editorial prowess and creative vision to drive engagement, foster understanding, and contribute significantly to the internal culture and operational success of a major global enterprise. Your work will directly shape how a vast workforce perceives and interacts with crucial internal information and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and produce engaging stories for internal platforms, reaching a global corporate workforce of over 800,000 employees.

* Revitalize existing internal story series and conceptualize and launch innovative new series to capture audience interest.

* Collaborate on content review and editing for various internal communication channels.

* Actively participate in editorial meetings, contributing to content strategy and planning.

* Execute editorial tasks including writing, content production, and managing internal communications.

* Facilitate effective communication and alignment across diverse internal teams.

**Required Skills & Experience**

* 5+ years of writing experience within a large organization or for a significant publication.

* Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

* Demonstrated creativity and experience in producing a wide variety of story types and styles, including stories, branding materials, and presentations

* A strong portfolio showcasing your writing and content creation abilities.

* Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).

* Strong editorial background and proven content creation skills.

* Experience working cross-functionally (marketing, public relations, or internal communications teams) and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

**Preferred Skills**

* Experience applying metrics and data insights to communications strategies.

* Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adeptly manage competing workloads.

* Strong, customer-focused thinking with an emphasis on audience needs.
