Step into an NDT Inspector role in Blytheville, where precision matters and pride runs deep. You'll spot the flaws, fix the flow, and make sure every product leaves the line ready to roll.

What You Bring to the Line



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in NDT inspections or a related quality assurance environment.
  • Ability to stand for 12-hour rotating shifts, and perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, crouching, and walking in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in performing visual inspections, magnetic field verification, fluid concentration checks, UV/white-light testing, and defect identification.
  • Strong record-keeping and data-entry skills, ensuring accurate and traceable inspection documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and ability to work safely in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Prior experience in a plant or pipe-manufacturing environment is desirable; NDT certification or training is a plus.


What You'll Do:



  • Perform NDT inspections using the methods listed below. Experience with these methods is required:

    • Ultrasonic Testing (UT) - required
    • Electromagnetic Inspection (EMI) - required
    • Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI/MT) - required
    • Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) - required
    • Visual Inspection (VT) - required


  • Verify pipe integrity, defect severity, wall thickness, weld quality, and material compliance according to API, ASTM
  • Monitor manufacturing processes, including:

    • Heat Treatment
    • Hot Rolling
    • Threading
    • Hydrotesting
    • Finishing Operations


  • Analyze inspection and calibration data to identify:

    • Trends
    • Deviations
    • Potential quality risks
    • Equipment or process abnormalities


  • Record inspection results accurately in digital tracking systems and inspection reports to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Conduct equipment setup, calibration, validation, and verification according to approved procedures.
  • Support investigations involving non-conforming material and assist in determining corrective or preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while complying with all safety and environmental procedures.
  • Participate in audits, process improvement initiatives, FMEA activities, and continuous improvement projects.
