Pay Rate: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:3:00 PM - 1:30 AM | Monday - Thursday (With occasional Fridays)

These are the qualifications that matter.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical or vocational training preferred
• Experience reading engineering drawings and technical documents
• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments, and torque tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive assembly tasks

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of aerospace, aviation, or defense manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO quality standards
• IPC, soldering, or aerospace assembly certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble aerospace parts and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and torque equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, bills of materials, and work instructions
• Perform fastening, bonding, sealing, and precision assembly operations
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify quality and dimensional accuracy
• Document production activity, inspections, and traceability records
• Follow AS9100, ISO, safety, ESD, FOD, and cleanroom procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain organized work areas
