We are actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This is a hybrid position based in our St. Louis office, with on-site presence required three days per week. As the Sr. HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in providing firmwide HR support across multiple functional areas. You'll work closely with local HR teams to ensure compliant, consistent, and effective HR practices, while serving as a trusted resource for complex employee relations and workforce matters. Who is the ideal candidate for this role? The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with a strong foundation in the principles and practices of human resources administration, paired with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects with structure and accountability. They bring a proactive, organized approach to their work, ensuring deadlines are met and initiatives remain on track. This individual excels at building collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization, fostering a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards. In addition, the successful candidate is an effective communicator who can clearly and concisely translate complex or sensitive situations for a variety of audiences. They demonstrate strong influencing skills and the ability to guide managers and employees through challenging or emotionally charged issues with composure and sound judgment. Adaptable and resilient, they are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus and professionalism. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with experience in Dayforce preferred, enabling them to support both strategic and operational HR functions effectively. What kind of education and experience are required? A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Management, or a related field is required; however, an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources, with prior experience in a professional services environment strongly preferred. Professional certification such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred and demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and expertise in the field.
