Naval Program Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Naval Program Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your management and technical skills to facilitate operations within Program Acquisition Executive Maritime.

In this role, you will work independently and in a team environment to support senior executive service leaders, flag officers, and senior government stakeholders providing executive and administrative support to ensure daily operations, workflows, and tasks are executed and aligned with the Navy's mission. Your responsibilities include managing and prioritizing correspondence, facilitating communication across the organization, managing executives' schedules and engagements, and documenting tracking and development to support mission-critical objectives.

The ideal candidate will drive efficient workflows by organizing, tracking, and responding to emails and other communications, and applying best practices to shape front office operations and schedules.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience supporting a military staff or civilian organization
• Experience managing executive-level communications and schedules, including within federal agencies such as the DoW or DoN
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience working in the DoW, DoN, or other federal government agency
• Experience using ETMS2
• Experience using DTS

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
