| Position Summary |
The Advancement Services Coordinator will provide administrative support for all functional areas of the UNC School of Law Advancement Office. This position will be responsible for providing fundraising administrative support, executing weekly stewardship, providing firm campaign administrative support, donor/volunteer communications support, alumni relations support, board/committee support, data management in the university's constituency management system, DAVIE, day-to-day advancement office management, and serve as the key liaison with the University Development Office regarding gift processing, gift/pledge corrections and constituent records in DAVIE. |
| Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
| Management Preferences |
Donor relations experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Project management experience.
Experience in higher education setting.
Experience in law school advancement. |
