This Sales Representative role in Poway, CA is about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and getting deals across the finish line. You'll own your pipeline, manage follow-ups, and keep sales moving. No fluff. Just solid sales work.

We are currently seeking a self-driven, experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the metals or industrial distribution sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and navigating complex market brokering to deliver tailored material solutions to our clients.

We are a premier specialist in titanium raw materials, surplus materials, and metal brokering, as well as a distributor of high-quality materials from trusted external vendors. Our diverse customer base spans from local machine shops to major aerospace corporations. We pride ourselves on precision, reliability, and building long-term partnerships across the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Your Responsibilities



  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base ranging from small machine shops to large-scale aerospace companies.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new market opportunities within titanium sales, surplus metals, and brokering.
  • Understand customer material requirements, provide accurate quotes, and leverage vendor distribution networks to meet client needs.
  • Navigate the competitive landscape of metal brokering and surplus materials to maximize profitability and inventory turnover.


The Experience Needed



  • 5-10 years of sales experience, ideally within the metals industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort managing multiple conversations and priorities
  • Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-through
  • Familiarity with common business tools and systems
  • Ability to learn products, services, or processes quickly
  • Specific experience with titanium, surplus metals, or metal brokering is a major plus.
