CRM Operations Job Description
The CRM Data Specialist in the CRM Operations Department is responsible for maintaining, validating, and transferring data between the CRM system (Slate) and other systems such as the SIS (PeopleSoft). The role focuses on accurate and timely loading of applicant data and decision history, resolving errors, creating and running queries, and ensuring the integrity of application data across systems. This position is also responsible for loading and monitoring data files from external vendors and providing technical and operational support to the admissions team. Daily work is highly detail-oriented and repetitive, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to data accuracy to prevent issues for students during the application and enrollment process. High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $15.00 - $19.25 per hour. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
