Release Train Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY

This Release Train Administrator role facilitates program-level processes and work stream execution using release schedules to assist software product teams deliver value, manages risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across multiple Agile team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, ART syncs, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
• Coordinate across Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment and schedule execution
• Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
• Support planning and delivery of program increments and major releases
• Escalate blockers and impediments that impact delivery timelines or business outcomes
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across product teams by implementing schedules with stakeholder involvement
• Partner with leadership to improve delivery predictability, quality, and value realization

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience leading large-scale scheduling and release programs with multiple Scrum/Product teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex dependencies in a fast-paced environment using schedule driven development and deployment tools
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree preferred or ten plus years equivalent experience can be substituted

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
