Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and 4 years of satisfactory experience of a nature to qualify for the duties and responsibilities of the position, at least 18 months of which must have been in an administrative, managerial, consultative or executive capacity or supervising personnel performing activities related to the duties of the position; or Preferred Skills Master's degree in urban planning or related field. Must have the ability to masterfully juggle multiple requests and issues concurrently from a multitude of requesters, impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills, proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management and multiple constituents. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments. Effective, versatile and action oriented. Excellent communication skills, organization, facilitation and customer service skills. Ability to interface with executive level management and give senior level presentations. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills - Experience in policy research and synthesis - Ability to prioritize, manage time, and engage in multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Organized, highly motivated, and able to work well independently and as part of a team - Strategic thinker - Leadership experience - Excellent presentation skills and advanced skill level of MS Office including Excel and Power Point. Residency Requirement New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment.
