This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time-balancing demand, supply, and inventory health to drive business performance.

You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across planning, merchandising, supply chain, and global teams to align on strategies and execute against key inventory goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end supply and inventory planning for a designated business segment
  • Execute weekly/bi-weekly purchasing of finished goods to support demand
  • Monitor inventory health and optimize supply strategies based on performance and forecasts
  • Create and manage purchase orders, adjusting supply parameters as needed
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track key metrics and identify risks/opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to align on inventory targets, delivery timelines, and business priorities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues, escalating when necessary
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or demand planning
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into action
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; macros a plus)
  • Experience with planning tools or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage data, reporting, and forecasting processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable (someone who thrives in a fast-learning environment)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or a fast-paced product-driven environment
  • Prior experience working with global supply chain or manufacturing partners

Additional Details

  • Hybrid work model (onsite with flexibility for remote work on Fridays)
  • Collaborative, high-energy team environment with a startup-like feel
  • Opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations at scale
