Job Overview The Benefits and Pension Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration and strategic management of employee benefits and pension programs. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, assists with benefits program design, manages vendor relationships, and provides accurate reporting and analysis. The Benefits and Pension Analyst will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to deliver effective programs that attract, retain, and engage employees globally. Key Responsibilities
