Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF/BRC)
  • Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and in-process production
  • Operate and monitor quality control processes on production lines (including extraction processes)
  • Conduct laboratory testing and sensory evaluations to ensure product compliance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and quality records in line with regulatory requirements
  • Investigate product deviations and quality incidents, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of SOPs and quality procedures
  • Partner with production teams to promote quality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance or quality control
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF or BRC)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to perform basic math and interpret data accurately
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

How You Would Stand Out

  • HACCP, PCQI, or SQF Practitioner certification
  • Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 22002 standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
