POSITION SUMMARY: The Resource Specialist (Temporary) supports a critical initiative to consolidate, standardize, and improve operational resources across multiple platforms, including the Policy & Procedures Manual, Learning Management System (Dominium University), and Service Desk Knowledge Base.

This role brings structure and clarity to fragmented content environments by identifying duplication, establishing governance standards, and creating scalable systems that improve how team members access and use information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and systems-oriented, with the ability to manage complex content across multiple platforms.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  1. Conducts comprehensive audits of content across Policies & Procedures, LMS, and Service Desk platforms
  2. Identifies duplicate, outdated, and conflicting resources and catalogs content by topic, audience, and system location
  3. Establishes clear definitions and standards for policy, procedure, training, and knowledge base content
  4. Recommends and documents a standardized content governance framework, including source-of-truth ownership by content type
  5. Consolidates and eliminates duplicate or redundant materials across systems
  6. Aligns and reconciles conflicting information by partnering with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
  7. Designs and implements structured, user-friendly frameworks for organizing policy documentation, LMS content, and Service Desk knowledge articles
  8. Develops consistent naming conventions, tagging standards, and categorization methodologies
  9. Improves content accessibility and findability through enhanced organization, tagging, and system structure
  10. Recommends enhancements to search functionality, including keyword optimization and metadata improvements
  11. Develops documentation, guidelines, and playbooks to support ongoing content management and sustainability
  12. Establishes repeatable processes to maintain accurate, organized, and non-duplicative resources
  13. Provides recommendations for long-term ownership and governance of content across systems



QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience.)



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in knowledge management, content strategy, learning systems, or related field
  • Experience within property management or a multisite operational environment highly preferred
