Description Groundskeeper \| Horseshoe Bay Resort Location: Horseshoe Bay, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $16.50/hour Overview Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking Groundskeepers to support the maintenance and appearance of resort landscaping and outdoor areas. This is an entry-level role for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to high-quality grounds maintenance. Key Responsibilities Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Maintain lawns, walkways, and landscaped areas to established standards Assist with planting, mulching, and other landscape projects Remove debris and maintain overall cleanliness of grounds Perform manual labor such as shoveling and hand-weeding Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment; report mechanical issues Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean record required Basic landscaping knowledge preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift to 50 lbs regularly Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends Additional Information Department: Grounds Multiple openings available Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for training and advancement Resort and travel discounts Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible employees) 401(k) with employer match Apply Today Join Horseshoe Bay Resort and help maintain the quality and appearance of our grounds.
