Position Description: Come build the solution that connects the dots for Product Launch across Microsoft. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will define and deliver a highly visible, cross-division technical solution and program-bringing multiple organizations together to ship an end-to-end capability that improves how teams launch product and how customers experience Microsoft. In this role, you'll drive clarity through ambiguity-shaping strategy, translating complex business and technical needs into crisp requirements, and orchestrating delivery across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders. You'll establish the program roadmap, align dependencies, and lead execution from concept to launch readiness, using data to guide decisions, manage risk, and ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. Expect to partner deeply across divisions, influence senior leaders, and deliver measurable impact at company scale. Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
