About the Role As a Parts Expeditor, you play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. You'll move parts between departments, support production teams, operate equipment, and help ensure everything flows efficiently from one step to the next. What You'll Do Verify parts by matching part numbers with the correct paperwork Pick up and deliver parts and travelers between departments Drive parts between locations using a company vehicle Perform sandblast and shot blast operations on castings Use a forklift to perform general utility work as assigned Support general plant operations and production flow Participate in 6S activities to keep the facility clean and organized Follow all safety rules and operate equipment responsibly Assist with additional tasks as needed What You'll Bring to the Team Safe, conscientious work habits Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Clear communication with coworkers and supervisors Willingness to learn the manufacturing process Ability to work different shifts or overtime when needed Ability to obtain forklift certification Valid driver's license and a safe driving record Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid Oregon Driver License Physical Requirements Ability to read reports and use a computer Clear hearing to communicate in a loud environment Ability to stand, walk between departments, and operate equipment Regular bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, and pushing Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Comfortable with repetitive hand motions Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature changes Compensation Safe & Friendly Work Environment Competitive Starting Pay & Amazing Quarterly Bonus Program Regular Performance Reviews Advancement Opportunities Paid Vacation & Holidays Excellent Benefits Great 401(k) Program 3 or 4-Day Workweeks Optional Overtime with Incredible Overtime Incentives Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
