What You'll Do:

Transform guest rooms into pristine retreats, paying attention to both the obvious and the overlooked.
Anticipate needs before guests even ask-fresh towels before they notice, the perfect pillow arrangement, a welcoming touch that makes someone's day.
Be the eyes and ears of the hotel. Spot maintenance needs, report lost items, and ensure every space meets our gold-standard.
Work independently, but never alone. You'll collaborate with an award-winning team that has your back.
