Job Description: Position Summary The Solar Team Safety Manager is a field-based role supporting multiple projects across the Michigan and Ohio regions. Projects include a mix of residential roof-mounted modules, light commercial ground and roof systems, and commercial ground-mounted solar installations. This role serves as a coach, auditor, incident reviewer, and support resource for the project team. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of fall protection, electrical safety, ladders, piling, and trenching equipment, and bring strong communication skills, time management, and a self-driven work ethic to the role.
