Summary Provides oversight of pharmacy related communications projects for the department.. Writes and edits all educational materials to include communications with members, clients, agents, internal associates, healthcare providers and other groups. Responsible for the design and layout of publications or may work with designers to come up with concepts for design/ layout of publications. Analyzes member impact lists and departmental drug lists to ensure accuracy and quality are maintained. Develops and maintains policy and procedures for Pharmacy area as a result of contract directives and/ or internal audits. Facilitates compliance with all applicable state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements. Supports pharmacy sales, retention and internal educational efforts.
