D4C Dental Brands is seeking a Patient Relations Representative

This is an Remote Position.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Patient Relations Representative will be responsible answering and triaging all incoming Business Office queue calls. They must be capable of building relationships, possess strong conflict resolution skills, and properly organize inquiries and requests to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner. This position strengthens the revenue cycle performance, and promotes efficient and accuracy.

This support is crucial to the delivery of the company's mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS/EXPERIENCE:

* Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.

* Minimum 2-3 years of Customer Service experience, dental preferred.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answer and triage incoming Business Office calls, including those needing translation.

* Process payments, send receipts/documents and forward calls to staff as appropriate.

* Return all voicemail/call back messages.

* Confirm and update demographic information as a routine.

* Be conversant regarding procedures and insurance coverage.

* Make notes on ledgers to ensure effective communication regarding the patients and their needs, insurance coverage, problem resolution, and anything that might improve communication with co-workers.

* Be available for staff in the field for assistance with credit cards and records

* Assist with logistics to ensure field teams receive all information and supplies required to serve our patients.

* Prepare and send letters, post cards and/or other communication to patients as needed.

* Assist Business Office staff and team leads with mailing, filing, scanning and logistics.

* Additional duties to be assigned as necessary to achieve the company standards and goals as efficiently as possible.
