Responsibilities: Coordinate the planning, delivery, and closeout of instructor-led, virtual, self-study, and nationally developed local learning Develop and maintain working knowledge of CPE requirements, Systems of Quality Control, NASBA guidelines, Enrolled Agent requirements, and internal deployment processes; implement updates as needed Support the creation, maintenance, and deployment of digital asset courses and help maintain the SharePoint digital asset database Prepare, analyze, and summarize reports to assess training effectiveness and support training delivery Assist with additional learning and development initiatives, as needed Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum of two years of recent experience in a professional business environment; experience in a learning or training organization preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience High proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables); experience with AI tools preferred Ability to exercise independent judgment, make day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision, and manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables Strong attention to detail and excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, as needed Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) https://kpmg.com/us/en/how-we-work/pay-transparency.html/?id=1199BPG_9_26 KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
