What you'll do:

The Product Manager compressed air owns the definition and translation of USA market requirements for the compressed air product portfolio and drives near-term execution with the existing supply chain to capture short-term opportunities. This role serves as the primary liaison across USA stakeholders and global partners to ensure product strategy alignment.

Essential functions & responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain USA product requirements and gap analysis for the portfolio (e.g., compliance, performance, documentation, testing).
  • Lead the "critical path" work to fully understand and drive required changes for the USA market, including ASME, UL listing, and efficiency/testing requirements as applicable.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, service, engineering, sourcing, and parent-company product teams) to refine the product portfolio and ensure readiness for quoting and near-term delivery.
  • Drive product strategy and readiness - product positioning inputs, competitive insights, and selling tools; enable training for internal/external sales/service.
  • Capture and process voice-of-customer / voice-of-channel inputs to refine requirements and roadmap.
  • Coordinate product change activities (requests, prioritization, scope) and ensure cross-functional alignment to execute changes.
  • Ensure product requirements flow into engineering deliverables (drawings, BOMs, spec sheets, manuals) and downstream operational readiness.
  • Partner with supply chain/sourcing to identify and qualify suppliers, support vendor set-up and ongoing vendor management, and inform tariff and cost considerations.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business; Engineering preferred).
  • 5+ years in industrial equipment product management, product marketing, or sales engineering within industrial equipment; compressed air experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to translate market needs into engineering and supply chain actions.
  • Ability to operate in a startup/greenfield environment with high ambiguity.
  • Must be able to travel 30-40% of the time as required.
