APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: The Tester must multitask in a manufacturing environment and may be needed to perform specialized tests and perform rework procedures as directed by supervision. Must maintain adequate throughput with high levels of quality while working in a dark room environment. Use the electrical or mechanical equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, current, voltage meters, dial calipers and indicators, height gauges, micrometers, and microscopes. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, testing, quality inspection, or production environments. What Sets You Apart: Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills Must be able to work alone and with others in a dark room environment. Knowledge of all safety (mechanical, chemical, electrical) procedures applicable to job. Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English. Working knowledge of electrical or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology. Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production). Soldering certification. Must be able to multi-task. Ability to become familiar with Six Sigma problem solving tools, 5S and Lean methodologies. Good communication skills. Teamwork oriented. Ability to work with little or no supervision if necessary. Ability to make quality decisions quickly. Patience.
