What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-quality support for product-related questions and service requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and follow up on unresolved items to ensure completion within SLA requirements.
  • Build and maintain working knowledge of assigned products, policies, and procedures.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within internal systems.
  • Use business systems and software platforms to manage client information and service requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and collaborate with leadership on process enhancements.
  • Support and mentor newer team members while maintaining strong organization and prioritization skills.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in answering frontline calls and emails
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Highly responsible/accountable
  • Ability to work independently while meeting SLAs/KPIs.
Additional Information:
