We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Farmington, CT. This role provides hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities at a multi-billion-dollar company, including digital marketing, data analytics, lead management, public relations, advertising, tradeshows, and events. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong communicator, and team player with a passion for marketing.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications programs that ensure consistent brand messaging and support corporate objectives across digital, print, events, and media channels.

  • Draft, edit, and publish content across social media, the corporate website, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials to drive engagement and lead generation.

  • Monitor brand reputation, track competitor activity, and research industry trends; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness; analyze campaign data and present findings to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist and other team members to optimize website content, digital assets, and pipeline-supporting initiatives.

  • Maintain marketing content on the Sales SharePoint and support the coordination of events, trade shows, and webinars.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Intellectual curiosity with an appetite for learning and exploring new ideas, tools, and approaches to challenges.

  • Digitally savvy with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in digital marketing social media, content creation, and email marketing preferred.
