Planner I - Operations Planning Houston, TX DeZURIK is looking for a Planner I to support production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment. This role works closely with procurement, production, and operations teams to help keep orders moving and customer commitments on track. What You'll Do Support production planning and scheduling for assembly, machining, and distribution Release and manage production work orders Schedule customer sales orders Monitor inventory levels and material availability Analyze demand, shortages, and inventory trends Expedite orders and resolve material shortages Monitor backlog and adjust priorities as needed Coordinate with procurement and shop floor teams Support continuous improvement initiatives Help drive on-time delivery performance What We're Looking For Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities Team player with a willingness to listen and learn Required Qualifications Experience with Excel Experience working with MRP systems Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively Structured and organized approach to work Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite 2+ years of manufacturing planning experience Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $58,154 - $72,693, depending on experience and qualifications Annual performance bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage HSA with company match 401(k) with up to 6% company match Paid time off and paid holidays Volunteer time off Employee assistance and support programs Why Join DeZURIK?
