As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Driver Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Our armed officers at a leading aerospace and defense location conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site response activities. This driving post combines armed responsibilities with exceptional customer service, clear communication, and teamwork. Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, badges, and/or visitor authorizations in accordance with site protocols for controlled aerospace and defense operations.
• Support incident reporting, follow post orders, and maintain readiness for assigned duties in environments where working conditions and patrol routes may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
