Remote work is not available for this position.*Job Overview This role is responsible for the operational management, commercial performance, and strategic development of T-Mobile's owned tower portfolio. The position drives collocation revenue growth, optimizes portfolio economics, and supports long term value creation initiatives, including potential asset monetization and portfolio transactions. Serving as the operational lead for inbound collocation activities and portfolio governance, this role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Network, Regulatory, Lease Administration, and external stakeholders to maximize the value and performance of T-Mobile's tower assets. The position also leads process improvement, reporting, and data governance initiatives that support operational execution and long-term portfolio strategy. Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
