Assistant Coach, Assistant Director of Football Recruiting Operations Division Intercollegiate Athletics Job SummaryThe Assistant Director of Football Recruiting Operations provides championship caliber support to the recruiting efforts of Fighting Illini Football. This staff member will be a valued asset of our recruiting staff, primarily coordinating logistics of recruiting efforts of the coaching staff to enhance the quality and efficiency of recruiting travel and its post trip requirements, including the financial documentation. This position will effectively liaise with coaches and recruiting contacts to positively represent the program and is expected to operate in a manner that promotes a life-changing, student-athlete experience. Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 5/16/2026. Salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience. Work authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.
