**About the Role**

Are you ready to take the reins of complex initiatives and drive significant business outcomes? In this pivotal role, you will independently manage the full lifecycle of critical programs, extending your influence across various teams. You will be instrumental in shaping the future by developing and implementing systems that not only identify improvements but also proactively drive future optimizations, including crucial change management and performance metrics. **What You'll Do**

As a Program Manager, you will be a central figure in orchestrating success, leading programs from conception to completion with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment. Your responsibilities will include:

* 5 years + independently authoring comprehensive program charters that meticulously define scope, timelines, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), resourcing, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced programs.

* Developing detailed project plans that break down complex initiatives into discrete phases, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing clear visibility into program constraints.

* Cultivating trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and optimize program team roles and responsibilities.

* Proactively managing program escalations in close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.

* Designing and delivering predictable program communication plans tailored to various stakeholder types, ensuring consistent and clear messaging.

* Representing the program team across a wide array of touchpoints, acting as a key liaison.

* Executing identified change management requirements, developing robust rollout plans including impact analysis, and monitoring progress to resolve any misalignments.

* Independently determining and collecting essential data for effective program execution and governance.

* Maintaining project trackers and status reports, identifying and executing program tasks, and proactively managing dependencies while upholding values of Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.

* Defining program governance structures, including effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and facilitating productive program team meetings.

* Determining program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement, establishing regular checkpoints to assess performance, and providing transparency for program pivots.
