This person provides high-touch, white glove IT support to C-level executives and senior leadership, delivering a seamless technology experience with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for proactively managing and supporting executive technology needs across office, home, and remote environments, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum productivity. The ideal candidate has extensive experience directly supporting executives, demonstrates executive presence and strong interpersonal skills, and can anticipate needs while resolving technical issues with urgency and minimal user effort. These individual supports both Windows and Apple environments, manages executive office and home technology infrastructure, and collaborates with internal IT teams to implement secure, reliable, and user-focused solutions. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, confidentiality, and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced executive environments.
