Position Overview: The Director, Medical Content Strategy & HCP Engagement is a strategic, hands-on leader who shapes how LDB educates and engages dermatology healthcare professionals (HCPs) through scientific content, CRM communications, and a best-in-class HCP website. Your core mandate is to elevate medical content excellence, while overseeing the CRM and digital ecosystem that delivers that content to HCPs in meaningful, personalized ways. In collaboration with the digital team, you will drive digital and CRM leadership by spearheading a comprehensive HCP communication strategy that encompasses the end-to-end lifecycle-from acquisition to reactivation-through personalized journeys, automated storytelling, and performance-driven insights, while simultaneously shaping an AI-ready content strategy to ensure brand accuracy and discoverability within large language models Key Responsibilities: I.
